Our claim was processed extremely quickly, the amount paid was exactly what I expected, the annual premium amount is well worth the peace of mind that when an emergency happens (and it did!), I can tell the vet "yes, do the surgery" and not have to worry about cost. I discussed my pet insurance with many friends and they all warned against it because they've had bad experiences with the insurers. I definitely have only had good experiences with Pets Best and would recommend them.
