Originally, excellent customer service and resolution of issues. Now, my rates are going up, it is taking at least 6 weeks for me or my vet to get reimbursement. In addition, even though the claims are filled out per their instructions, the information is ignored and reimbursement is not going to the appropriate party. I am seriously considering switching companies. The customer service representatives are pleasant and try to be helpful, however, it appears it is the claims department that needs major changes.
