My experience in general is that they are mostly available to talk to but review of claims are overly long and drawn out. The most recent claim experience was very unsatisfactory, in that they kept asking for things I had already sent, over and over. When I ended up calling to ask what was going on and why they kept asking for things I'd already sent, they seemingly acknowledged that all those requests were in error on their part and they finally took care of it. Their EOB's are clear.
