Everybody is super nice and considerate and very professional when it comes to Customer Service on the phone one complaint I have is a big one is when I file a claim it takes between five and six weeks for the claim to be settled and during those weeks I get lots of emails apologizing for how long it takes to settle the claim I just think when I take my little kitty to the vet for a minor injury or minor problem it shouldn’t take up to six weeks to settle the claim .. also when I look at the final claim after they finished it I see lots of small deductions that they do they take that stop them from having to make additional payments I guess that’s in the small print with a tiny print that I missed but it’s a little frustrating to see all the tiny deductions that they takeoff to eliminate having to pay me or satisfy my deductible again it’s probably in the small print that’s difficult to find so I’m not saying they’re lying or being deceitful I’m just saying claims take too long to process and there’s too many minor deductions they takeoff
I pay close to $400 a year with a 250 deductible and a 90% payment I think it’s pretty expensive and so far I’m not all that impressed mainly due to the fact that claims take 5 to 6 weeks
