PetsBest delivers the coverage it promises with the appropriate documentation to support claims. For the past year, it has taken about 4-5 weeks to process claims keeping within their promised processing time. If processing could be improved to be a little faster, then definitely 5-stars - but, no issues with the company overall. Great service.
