Just purchased along with supplemental coverage and I've had 2 claims processed and reimbursed. It took quite a few weeks for reimbursement but I believe it was because it was the first initial claim. Decent coverage amounts but the annual limit on the supplemental coverage gets maxed out quickly especially with a new puppy. Overall I am very pleased with Pets Best.
