Claims for wellness, healthy animals are somewhat slow and doesn’t cover as much as I thought would be. The policy for injury and illnesses is Superb tho. Make sure your animal doesn’t have any of the diseases that are not covered. Claims are processed in a timely manner and paid directly to your bank (give them the info). We had a dog once who was very sick and passed. We paid thousands to try and save her. Makes a world of difference and relieve, that we got Insurance this time with 2 puppies. Very happy and highly recommend getting the best policy here that you can afford.
