Pearl was a wonderful customer service representstive that went a above and beyond when i spoke to her on the phone.
Another customer service rep emailed.
We satisfied our deductible this year for one of our dogs Sadie, however i am having an issue with a November claim that should have been reimbursed. Not very happy with this.
