Took forever to process claims. Called to discuss why I wasn’t given a discount after I got an email saying with using care credit to pay for policy I would get a 5% discount for one dog and an additional 5% for another pet. Refused to give discount and customer service could have cared less to do anything to make it right. Said discount only for new customers. So now you lost a customer. Good job rewarding new customers instead of the ones who were sticking around.
