Honestly, I think the turn around on getting any claims back is way to long. Especially when it’s over 300.00 and you guys are covering not even 1/2.
I understand you guys are short staffed but this has been on going it should not take 39 to 40 days to get a claim back. Not when it takes 2 days to take my monthly payment.
Thinking of switching soon if it doesn’t get fixed! Sorry
