I am very pleased with the insurance itself and the coverage I selected for my cat Ella. However, I am very displeased with the fact it took approximately 54 days to process my claim. I hope the delay was short staff related to COVID. I have another cat (Riley 14 yr old NFC). I submitted a claim for him at the same time I submitted the claim for Ella. Riley is insured by Nationwide Insurance. The $$$ for that claim was in my bank account in 10 days. I plan to stick with PetsBest and hope their response time improves.
