Overall I have been satisfied and have used Pets Best for a little over 12 years now. Only dissatisfaction is in the last couple of years the turn-time for claims review and payment is really long. I understand that might be due to claims volume and shortage of staff due to the pandemic, but the long turn time for payment is a concern when trying to recover some of our expenses for Veterinarian bills.
