Very disappointed. I plan to cancel my membership as it is useless. I've been paying $30/mo thinking I had sick/injury/accident and wellness. I filed a claim and get $95 of a $700+ bill to neuter and microchip my puppy. A supervisor, Tamara called me back after I asked the representative to request a call back. I've now canceled, plan to file a complaint with the BBB and let everyone I know how horrible my experience has been. If I could give a ZERO I would for lack of customer service and lack of understanding of the policy. I spoke with someone before I selected the policy and decided to go with Pets Best over other pet insurance companies.
