So far so good! I’ve only had it for a couple of months and had one claim processed. The EOB was organized and easy to follow. I would like to find a time to chat with someone and go over my first claim, simply because I am new and would like to better understand what I’m looking at. Once I am able to do that, I can reevaluate for 5 stars 😊
