My experience so far has been good. My first claims took a fairly long time to process (2.5 months) but they were eventually approved and settled without any issue. The online platform is pretty good, though I wish you could better view your submitted claims in an itemized format. Pricing is reasonable, claim submission is fairly easy, and the coverage seems adequate if not above average. Would recommend.
