The biggest issue we have faced with Pets Best has been the wait time between submitting a claim and receiving any explanation of benefits. We had to wait over a month to hear back about our last claim. That is a very long time, especially if you are submitting an expensive claim and have to shuffle finances around to cover the gap while you wait for reimbursement. Fix the wait time to under 10 days, and Pets Best would get at least 4 stars from us.
