Overall my nine-year experience with Pets Best has been good. It's easy to make a claim online and the turnaround time is decent, sometimes seems long when they owe me money! But they do come through. I was quite shocked to see that the premium for my 12-year-old dog increased to $250 a month before I realized it. I have three animals so I wasn't breaking it down or paying much attention. I ended the policy for my dog at that point but am keeping the cats on. Cecile Marie
