It took 44 days to process and pay an ordinary claim. After researching complaints about Pets Best, some clients have contacted the BBB about this very same issue of taking an unreasonable amount of time to reimburse funds. I have read where this has been an issue for nearly two years. You simply can't blame Covid, lack of employees, etc. for this amount of time. I called at least five times and got the same run around, with the same excuses. In my opinion, This company is poorly run and simply wants to delay paying claims as long as possible.
