Hello all. Here are my thoughts. I had a pet with a serious infection last year, which was very expensive.
Pros:
-Submitting claims is easy
-I eventually got reimbursed
Cons:
-The reimbursement took forever. For instance, I submitted on November 11th, I got reimbursed on December 29th. 40 days is way too long. No reason for it to take that long in my opinion.
