I think I would be more apt to leave 4 stars or higher if the claims process did not take so long. The problem with the length of time it took is that you pay for the service yourself than have to wait 6-8 weeks to be reimbursed. This is why I got insurance and budget the payment every month, because I do not have $1000 + to pay at once. Yes, I can make it a week without worrying (which is what I was told when I signed up 3-5 days), but not almost 2 months. That makes life much more difficult.
