This was my first experience with filing a claim with Pets Best. I was extremely pleased with a call I placed to Pets Best. The representative was very friendly, engaging and provided the information I needed to complete my claim. The Explanation of Benefits I received was easy to understand. The only reason I am rating only 4 stars is the length of time it took to receive the insurance payout. Other than that I am very happy with Pets Best and would recommend the coverage.
