Coverage is inconsistent; the same condition sometimes is covered and other times the claim is rejected. Processing time used to be short, but now takes forever. Pets Bets has the arrogance of disagreeing with the opinion of the vet who actually treated my dog for a specific condition just so that they can reject a claim.
