I would never recommend Pets Best....rates rise dramatically (mine went up 30% (!!) this year and I have placed very few claims over the years) and the company takes well in excess of a month to process a claim. I would suggest to one and all to go elsewhere for pet health insurance, I got my most recent adoptee health insurance with another company.
