I submitted my first claim on 12/26/2021 when my dog was attacked by a guest dog and her ear was severely lacerated. I just got notice yesterday that I will receive a check next week. After the deductible and the copays , I will be getting reimbursed for about 60%. I am satisfied because 60% of something is better than 100% of nothing. They kept in touch about the delay in processing the claim. I am satisfied
