Claims are broken down to the exact details. Doesn't pay out as much as I hoped after $900 pet bill. More than likely will switch due to the fact they address the time frame of the claims being paid out and it's pretty much close to the very end of the time frame. So you are basically waiting over a month or more for an reimbursement. I assumed more than likely most people would rather have faster claims to pay out. Customer service is quick however. I do like the structure of how things are broken down and they appear to pay the lesser of.
