It's always been a 5 until a while back when reimbursement started taking soooo long. In the past I'd get an email almost immediately when my claim was received. Now I wonder for days whether or not they got it. Then when I do get it and am relieved then I wait another very long period of time before I see the actual reimbursement. Sometimes the bills are big and I do need the money to pay my vet.
