I'm a new Pets Best customer, and maybe its the "Covid excuse" due to lack of staff, but I'm disappointed that recent claims are taking over 30-40 days to process. The Staff when you call to ask questioins are great, but the slow speed of processing claims is fustrating especially considering they do not have any type of "pre-authorization" service to check and see if a procedure or an Emergency Medical need will indeed be covered. I did not think to look into this before choosing a Pet Insurance Carrier and will in the future.
