The customer service by phone and email is very courteous, cordial and helpful. They iknew the details of my policy and could answer all of my questions. However, it takes a looong time to get claims processed.
Also, the cost seems to be increasing each year upon renewal and while I guess that's to be expected at intervals and as the pet ages, I am wondering how high it is going to go and if it is going to be worth it to maintain the insurance.
