Significantly more expensive than competitors (e.g. - Lemonade), and increased monthly premium ~8.5% year over year without notice. When I called about this and asked if price could be reduced, I was told rates are locked in an unable to be changed. Since pet insurance companies do not cover pre-existing conditions (which are not clearly defined at all), I feel locked in / unable to change companies. Do not work with this exploitative company.
