I wish there was a star for barely acceptable. 2 and 1/2?
It took a month to get a $65 wellness reimbursement. I switched from Healthy Paws because of the wellness coverage, but a month is way too long to wait for reimbursement. They processed and denied a claim for a supplement that I did not submit. Maybe that's what held it up. Who knows. We'll see how this goes in the future. So far I am not sold on PetsBest.
