So far I’ve had a good experience. Everything’s been very clear and submitting a claim is very easy. Only down side is how long it takes to get reimbursed. It took me over a month from the date of vet visit to finally get reimbursed. I know this is typical for pet insurances but still wish it was shorter because we pay for a service for a reason, as many of us may not have cash up front and may need to use a credit card.
