Pathetically slow to process claims!! Beyond Pathetic! But they never have any delay taking your monthly insurance premiums - - sad. They also seem to deny payments for annual shots for your dog based on something akin to "already paid for in same period this year." whatever that nonsense means. So they don't pay last year and they don't pay this year?
