Good to work with. Talked to different people about case during 3 calls .All were very friendly . 2 were very knowledgeable ,1 not very helpful.We were told what they needed from my vet. After sending what was asked for I was asked to get more. After all paperwork was satisfied My claim was processed and paid in a timely matter.
