I love the basics of Pets Best insurance plans we have for our 2 pups. Their staff our knowledgeable and have great attitudes. Although there are a few things I wish were different (speed of claim processing, ability to pay vet clinics directly), I knew this would be different from our prior plans so cannot truly "ding" the company on these items. I truly believe that Pets Best has high quality plans with great coverage. I would encourage folks to check them out.
