I've been reasonably happy with Pets Best insurance. They've treated me as expected and customer service has been fast and good. However, they've been pretty slow processing my claims and haven't covered a few minor things that I expected to be covered (like the anesthesia observation fee during the most recent surgery because it was called "medical boarding"). Overall I'm satisfied that we're getting what we're paying for and glad to have insurance.
