Pets Best is the worst pet insurance ever. They will not let you change policies if you have a label claim in the past year and you will have to go through the waiting period all over again! The customer service is also terrible! Me and my two dogs do not feel valued and we will be taking our business elsewhere! We feel like a big fat check is going to their company!!!
They also make it impossible to cancel your policy!!!
