I have had such a good experience with Pets Best insurance. The website is super easy to use to change your policy or submit claims. Claims are completed quickly and they don’t try to find any loop hole not to cover something which is an experience I have had with other types of insurance. The only thing that was a little frustrating is they are not able to give you a lot of information over the phone when I was trying to financially prepare for if my dogs surgeries were going to be covered.
