I wasn't happy at first when we signed up; however, it's better now. Customer service seems to have improved in terms of wating time and providing a reasonable explaination for my concerns and questions. At first, I had a lot of complaints, now I only have one complailnt. I wish the time between submitting and recieving a response and/or refund wouldn't take so long. It takes too long.
