I have had pets best a very long time because of my older girl who has had different issues. I very rarely send anything in but she had to have her duclaw removed. I submitted the information. I submitted the info on March 29 and finally on may 7 I received info that it was going to be paid. As of today may 9 the money is not in my acct. I have other insurance on my other dogs and they get paid back in less than a week. I am very glad they are going to be pay and the stmt was very clear it just took way to long.
