I would say this insurance company is a little pricey for my Pomeranian but it covers a lot of things. Reimbursements should be done faster and they also offer a better explanations on their reimbursement decisions. The 24/7 vet on call is very helpful although it’s a technician, not a veterinarian. Customer service takes a long time to answer calls
