I think you continue to be responsive and the consumer gets what she pays for BUT your response time has definitely slowed—hence only 4 stars. For years I had my verdict in less than 10 days, but alas no more. We are often looking at a month.
I do like choosing my own deductible, the ease of filing on line, and the direct deposit.
