I'm a new customer to Pets Best and this was the first time that I submitted a claim. I only gave 4 stars because I was satisfied with the reimbursement amount of the claim, however disappointed with the amount of time to process the claim. The website indicates "fast turnaround" on claims, however it took 12 days for ours to be processed. Not sure if that's because it was the first claim or if that's standard
