I am pleased with the outcome, however at first, I had to keep following up as to why my claim was not being processed. I was told that they had not received the proper paperwork from the Emergency Vet office. I reached out to the vet office and they did send the paperwork. If I had not followed up my claim would have timed out and I was never notified.
