Coverage versus pricing is reasonable.
It does take too long for claims to be fulfilled. There’s really no reason for that in 2022. Hire more people or just improve your efficiency.
It is also annoying have to having to resubmit documents. It’s also somewhat cumbersome doing so. Again in 2022, it should be very easy to upload documents. The adjuster should contact the vet’s office rather than the customer if they need clarification on services provided
