They said my dog had pre Existing conditions which I know he did not. He’s only 14 weeks old and he fell off the bed and broke his arm. Then he had complications during surgery they called it a gastrin something with his intestines infection. Then my little girl had a claim and it was an emergency because all of a sudden she started going into this breathing attack and I had her for a solid two weeks and this never happened but then when I took her to the hospital they said oh she has a respiratory pre-existing condition total bs. Then I got a very nice lady on the phone and she helped me with getting some back for the surgery but they definitely minus stuff off of it a ton of stuff saying it was related to his Pre-existing intestinal problem. He didn’t have one the surgery in the hospital is the only thing that was wrong with him if they gave him something there then that was not a pre-existing condition. I will be going to the board of insurance as I am not happy with what they decided. They decide what they want to pay this is not like your regular car insurance car insurance does not get to pick and choose these people pick and choose what they want to pay for. I paid $250 a month and my suggestion is keep your money because it does not help. We have been jacked around and now all of our dogs have pre-existing conditions know they are crazy.
