Pets Best has always been responsive when I need them, and the EOB after a claim is reviewed is always very transparent. My biggest issue is claim processing time - it could be weeks without hearing anything. When you’re waiting for a reimbursement, that’s a long time. It’s also not consistent - one claim could take a week and another could take 4-5 weeks. If they fix that issue though, I really have no complaints.
