I wish they paid for wellness since that’s what an insurance is mainly supposed to do. Regular medical and pet medical, that part makes no sense to me. However the reimbursement has not been too bad. And customer service is a hit or miss sometimes. But usually you get a nice person to speak with, or knowledgeable person. I was given the run around regarding a pre-authorization vs. getting surgery done then trying to get reimbursed, I was told different but a few of your employees and it lead me to the frustration of just getting the surgery regardless and hoping for the reimbursement. This is why I’m giving 3 stars. I don’t like that no one had a direct protocol on what to do with a large claim or pre-auth such as this.
