For a while I thought I was NEVER going to get a claim paid. But now I have gotten two claims paid and my faith in Pets Best has been restored. I think I am understanding better and better as I go along what I can expect payment for. (I have Wellness coverage attached to both pets I have covered but essentially I see that the policy is for accidents, emergencies, and illnesses.
