I only gave 3 stars because my pet had an eye issue, and they refused to cover it even though the Vet wrote them and said this particular issue was not due to a previous one as they were claiming.
I also feel as though they raised premiums without cause or warning, and suddenly, there is a "deductible" that needs to be met before being reimbursed. I never experienced this the first year we were with them.
