They are pretty quick about paying back for vet visits. My biggest complaint is the itemize the coverage. So technically I don’t get 90% coverage on my vet visit. I get 90% coverage for each item. Sucks when you have a $2000 bill and you’re not getting 90% back when you’re spending more than $200 a month on insurance for a senior dog.
